Who qualifies for the Cash-for-Home-Buyers program?
Every home buyer represented by a RealWorks Realty agent can receive a cash bonus.

Because clients come to us having already started their search on our site, our agents focus on service, not prospecting. That's why we can afford to offer great service and still refund thousands in commissions, on average more than $7,500.
Where does the money for the Cash-for-Home-Buyers program come from?
When representing a home buyer, RealWorks Realty earns a commission from the seller, usually worth 3% of the home price. We keep one half of the commission for our service, and refund the other half to you.
You Get Your Cash Bonus Within 10 Days Of Closing!
You will be paid your cash bonus from RealWorks Realty directly through escrow. The bonus is tax free. If you prefer, you can usually apply your bonus towards your closing costs, and get the rest as a check within ten days of closing. It's entirely up to you how you receive your cash bonus. If you're using an FHA or VA loan, your lender's requirements may not allow you to receive a check from us for the portion of you bonus amount not applied to closing costs. Be sure to ask them about their policy up-front so you'll know how your bonus can be allocated.
The Fine Print
Your bonus depends on the home's final price and the commission offered by its seller. In Los Angeles, the typical commission is between 2.5% and 3%. A seller may always offer less or more.
For direct service from our own agents, our minimum fee is $5,250. If the commission we get from the seller is less than $10,500, we still keep $5,250 and refund you the rest. Furthermore, you must mention this promotion when first contacting a RealWorks Realty agent. If you fail to mention the Cash-for-Home-Buyers program when you first speak to one of our agents, it's at the sole discretion of RealWorks Realty if we will retroactively qualify you for this program.
You cannot use your bonus as part of your down payment.
How can I guarantee I'll receive my cash bonus after closing?
We get this question a lot. You can be rest assured that we put everything in writing for you. Early on, in the home buying process, we will write up a Buyer's Representation Agreement, outlining very clearly that you will receive a cash bonus from RealWorks Realty, equal to 1/2 of the commission paid to us by the home seller. (Buyer Representation Agreements are 100% enforceable by California Courts.) When you open escrow, we will simply forward a copy of the Buyer's Agreement to the escrow company handling the sale. Escrow will then cut a check direclty to you after closing.
